Independence Day in Tampa FL: 2014 Fun List
It's just a couple of days before the most celebrated event
of the year: The 4th of July of course! There are numerous events across
Florida but one of the best places to celebrate this year's brightest event is
in Tampa FL where fireworks double their magnificence when reflected in Tampa
waters. Residents and future homeowners looking for South Tampa homes for sale

10th Annual Brandon Blast
An open event to be held at
the Brandon Town Center on Independence Day from 5-9 p.m. Get to experience
free live entertainment and fireworks display set to country music. Westfield
Brandon restaurants will be open throughout the evening for those who would
like to dine. Big crowds are expected so come early to secure the best spot.
Fourth of July at
Channelside
Undoubtedly one of the
fireworks show you won't want to miss is coupled with live music and
entertainment. This will be held at the Channelside Entertainment Complex,
Garrison Channel but the best place to view the show is from the wharf. Wristbands will be given out for access to
the wharf at the Garrison Street Gate at 7:00 p.m. but is limited to the first
3,500 people. Parking is conveniently
located right across the street from Channelside.
July 4th Family Funfest
& Fireworks
Enjoy food, beer or wine and
music aboard the WWII steamship, S.S. American Victory. You'll have a great
view of the Channelside fireworks at 9p.m. from here. Event starts at 6:30 in
the evening. Tickets are priced at $12 for adults, $7 for youth 12 and under
and $10 for military and veterans.
Jazz in July
The 2nd annual Jazz in July
will be held in the heart of Downtown Tampa on Independence Day. Indulge in live jazz music from 8 p.m. to 12
midnight. The event will be set up with impressive ambience and guests will be
offered a complimentary glass of wine. Suitable specifically for audiences age
21 and up. Pay only $25 to get a ticket.
Florida Wind Band presents:
To Honor Our Military
"To Honor Our Military"
is a concert to be held on June 30, 2014 at the USF School of Music Concert
Hall. The concert will start at 7:30 p.m. and end at 9 p.m. featuring The
Florida Wind Band to play musical selections to pay tribute to our country and
to honor those who have served in the military. Free admission to anyone
presenting a military ID. General admission ticket is priced at $15, senior and
students at $10. Group rates are also available.
4th of July Fireworks Dinner

4th of July fireworks cruise starts at 6:30 p.m. ends 9:30 p.m. Take the cruise
